A rooming list must be sent to our travel agency in Panama no later than forty (45) days prior to the groups arrival.
A deposit of ten percent (10%) of the full net room revenue is required to confirm the rooms .
An additional fifty percent (50%) is required fifteen (30) days prior to the group arrival.
Full payment for the group is required in Panama twenty (20) days prior to the travel to Panama with the final rooming list and flight information.
